Design and Artwork Section

Our design and artwork section are equipped with the latest technology to create innovative and appealing designs. This department plays a crucial role in translating client specifications into high-quality sportswear. Our designers work closely with clients to ensure that every piece of garment reflects their vision and meets their unique requirements.

Embroidery Department

We take pride in our advanced embroidery department, which houses six state-of-the-art Tajima embroidery machines. These machines, operated by a skilled team of 15 professionals, enable us to produce intricate and durable embroidery work that enhances the aesthetic appeal and brand identity of our garments.

Sublimation Department

Our sublimation department is equipped with six high-tech sublimation printers and two heat transfer beds. Managed by a dedicated team of 30 designers and professional staff, this department ensures vibrant and long-lasting prints on our sportswear. Sublimation printing allows us to produce custom designs with superior colour quality and durability.

Screen Printing & BN-20 Sticker Technology

Colaro Sports employs advanced screen-printing techniques, DTF and Roland BN-20 (US) sticker technology to produce high-quality digital logos and prints. A team of 14 experts in this department ensures that each garment meets the specific branding and design requirements of our clients.

Fabric Inspection Department

Quality begins with the raw materials. Our fabric inspection department, consisting of 10 meticulous inspectors, scrutinizes every batch of fabric that enters our premises. Fabrics that meet our stringent quality standards are forwarded to the store, while any substandard materials are returned to the supplier.

Cutting Department

Precision in cutting is crucial for the perfect fit and finish of garments. Our cutting department, A team of 60 professionals who use the latest technology cutters to accurately cut fabric pieces as per design specifications.

Digital Pattern Making

Our digital pattern making department utilizes the GGT system, a cutting-edge technology for developing precise patterns. A team of 12 experts ensures that every pattern meets the exact specifications required for production.

Production Department

The heart of Colaro Sports is our production department, which boasts 500 stitching machines. We have designated different halls for specific types of garments, each managed by a line manager responsible for maintaining standards and quality. Supervisors in each hall oversee operations and ensure smooth workflow, while the production manager coordinates the entire department to meet production goals.

Threading & Quality Assurance

Our threading and quality assurance team, comprising 30-40 skilled individuals, meticulously checks each garment for defects. They remove any excess threads and ensure that each piece meets our high-quality standards before it is packed for delivery.

Fire Safety Measures

Ensuring the safety of our workforce is a top priority. Colaro Sports has installed fire control apparatus at strategic locations throughout the factory and maintains clear exit ways to ensure safe evacuation in case of an emergency.

Research and Development (R&D)
